Capt. Dr. Pradeep Singh, and Founder & CEO, Mr. Navneet Mandhani, were honored among the region’s most influential real estate leaders  at the Forbes Middle East Building the Future Summit 2026, a recognition of their vision, leadership, and contribution to shaping the future of real estate and urban development in UAE.

Beyond the recognition itself, Mandhani took the stage with Forbes Middle East at the summit for a featured interview, where he unpacked how developers are evaluating sustainable technology, prioritizing capital, and building long-term value in an increasingly competitive market, and weighed in on one of the sector’s more pointed questions: whether the next decade of real estate will be shaped more by technology or by lifestyle. The conversation, filmed on the sidelines of the Building the Future Summit, is among the featured interviews from this year’s event.

Forbes Middle East used the publication of the 2026 list to set the stage for the second edition of its flagship Building the Future Summit, held on June 23–24, 2026, at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, a summit on whose roster of supporting partners Karma Developers was named alongside AHS Properties, Morshedy Group, KEO, and Elementz.

What This Milestone Means for Karma

Karma Developers participated in this summit not as a spectator, but as an event partner and as a voice in the conversation shaping the future of the industry. The event was supported by a number of public and private sector partners, with Karma Developers among the confirmed event partners alongside KEO International Consultants, Morshedy Group, and presenting partner ONE Development.

This recognition reflects what we have always believed: that building homes is not enough. It is the thinking behind them, the commitment to purposeful design, transparent partnerships, and communities that endure, that defines a developer’s true contribution to the cities it builds in.

This milestone is the latest in a growing body of third-party recognition that includes the Construction Business News Middle East Affordable Luxury Project of the Year Award 2025 (Antalya by Karma), features in Forbes Middle East, Fortune India, Arabian Business, and Gulf Business Awards, and our active participation in the United Nations Global Compact since January 2026.
